CK applies a highly-structured, school wide, Positive Behavioral Supports Model to our environment utilizing it as the foundation for behavior  management and academic instruction.

It consists of self-contained  classrooms designed for students who have been identified with educational and/or emotional  disabilities and are receiving Special Education services. We are staffed with a certified Special  Educator Teacher as well as a full-time paraprofessional/behavior technician.

Classroom instruction is aligned with the Arizona College and Career R

Students will be taught using proven data-driven  instructional practices including, but not limited to teacher directed learning, experiential learning,  small group instruction, one-on-one instruction, independent work, and direct instruction.
