Education Focus

The CK school provides  Special Ed Students with the support they need in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, individual counseling, group counseling, Medication Management, and Life Skills. They will learn the scholarship discipline required to succeed in elementary, middle, and high school.

The CK program focuses on teaching and reinforcing academic and behavioral problem-solving strategies to students so they may learn to make healthy choices to enhance their quality of life. Our program is designed to develop self-esteem through student behavioral and academic success, accompanied by the recognition of personal achievement. We applies a highly structured, school-wide, positive behavioral support model to our environment, utilizing it as the foundation for behavior management and academic instruction.

Age Ranges

Students will be placed in the classroom most beneficial to their age, maturity, learning style and  behavioral needs. There will be students at different grade and age levels within each classroom, but  each need will be met through differentiated instruction, a positive and supportive environment, and  plans specified within each student’s IEP.
